Our story, our mission, your wellness

Discover the journey that led to wellness.club, our unique approach to health, and the passion that drives us to support you every step of the way.

My journey: more than just weight loss

My weight loss journey isn't about being perfect—it's about becoming healthier, happier, and creating lasting habits. I've faced challenges including PCOS, lymphoedema, and preparing for bariatric surgery, but instead of quick fixes, I've focused on sustainable lifestyle changes, improving nutrition, becoming more active, and taking back control of my health.

I started wellness.club because its values matched my own. It's about supporting people through different stages of life, building healthy habits, and being part of a positive, encouraging community. I want to inspire others by showing that progress is possible, no matter where you're starting, and help people feel supported on their own wellness journey while I continue mine.

What makes wellness.club different?

What makes wellness.club different is that we're not just focused on selling products—we're focused on supporting people through every stage of their wellness journey. We combine science-backed supplements with education, encouragement, and a welcoming community where people can learn, grow, and support one another.

Our approach is built around three key areas of wellbeing: supporting healthy weight management, helping women through the menopause transition, and promoting strength, mobility, and healthy ageing for the 50+ community.

Our core beliefs: integrity, education, community, empowerment

We believe that everyone deserves access to trusted wellness solutions, honest information, and a supportive environment where they can improve their health at their own pace. Our goal is to help people feel their best while creating opportunities for others to build a flexible business that makes a positive difference.

The people I most want to help are those who feel they've lost confidence in their health or don't know where to start. This includes people on a weight loss journey, women navigating menopause, and adults aged 50+ who want to stay active, strong, and independent.
